email, calendar, contacts, and files

Over the years we tend to accumulate multiple email addresses and online usernames as we set up new phones and devices.  This has created an environment where our email is connected with an old Yahoo account, calendar is connected to an iCloud account, contacts are only saved on the smartphone, and documents/files are with Dropbox.

It becomes confusing when trying to access all of this data to have to juggle usernames and passwords while searching for information in multiple places.

For security purposes, it is risky to rely on 4 separate free services to secure your data. They don’t have as much of an interest in it as a paid subscription service would. Average subscription services are $5/month so you don’t have to worry about breaking the bank to improve data security.

  1. Consolidate all of your unsecured data into one secured system

  7. Create documents, spreadsheets, and presentations – the software is included
